He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Kelly and Mertie Fyffe Kelly; and his son Ricky Allen Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Judy Pelphrey Kelly; his daughter-in-law Patty Kelly of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his brother Maxwell Kelly (Fran) of Flat Gap, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jesse Kelly (Christa) of Georgetown, Jenny Moss (Matt) of Nicholasville, Michael Kelly of Nicholasville and Mary Beth Ruiz (Freddy) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Selena, Freddie, Noah, Callis Ray and Charlee.
