He is survived by: his mother Janice Barnett Mcaninch; his daughter Myra Shepherd; his siblings, Dwayne Barnett, Steve Barnett, Keith Barnett (Lana), Walter Sester, Curtis Newsome (Deanna), Retta Stapleton (Matt) and Linda Stewart (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Blake, Braxton, Taylor, Gabe, Tyler, Johnny, Keisha, Daniele, Shelby, Sydni, Kylan, Titanna and Lexi.
