With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joy A. Smith of Springfield, Kentucky, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bub Hollis and Hazel Hollis; and her brother Alvin Hollis. She is survived by: her children, Gina Nice (Darrel) of Springfield and Hollis Smith of Louisville; and her granddaughters, Lizzie Smith of Louisville and Katie Smith of Louisville.
