She was predeceased by: her son Victor Aaron Mattingly; her parents, Thomas Buckman and Rose Catherine Mattingly Kelty; her siblings, Mary Catherine Stahl, Robert Anthony "Bobby" Kelty, John Edward "Jack" Kelty and Thomas Buckman "Junnie" Kelty, Jr.; her brother-in-law Jim Stahl; and her niece Christy Stahl.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Kenny Mattingly (Bonnie Jean) of Shepherdsville, Serena Smalley (Donta) of Springfield, John Mattingly (Kristy) of Louisville, Tony Mattingly of Central City and Mark Mattingly (Debbie) of Campbellsville; and her siblings, Victoria Sue "Vicky" Kelty of Springfield, Richard Michael "Mike" Kelty of Springfield, Joseph Charles "Joe" Kelty (Becky) of Springfield, Martha Louise "Totsy" Nalley (Jackie) of Georgia, James Francis "Frank" Kelty (Ruthie) of Mount Washington, Brenda Lou Spalding (Doug) of Lebanon, Rose Mary "Rosie" Kelty of Lebanon, Mary Lillian "Lilly" Hill (Johnny) of Loretto, Elizabeth Ann "Toot" Stillwell of Louisville and Delores June Slack (Pudd) of Louisville. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; 22 nieces and nephews and 39 great nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the funeral home is limited to 60 % occupancy, face coverings are required, and food or drink are prohibited.
