He is survived by: his wife Anita Mattingly Hagan; his children, Chad Hagan of Springfield, Travis Hagan (Jessica) of Bardstown and Amelia Hagan (Jordan) of Willisburg; his grandchildren, Katlyn Hagan, Bradley Hagan, Levi Hagan, Addysyn Hagan, Jacob Hardin, Hunter Hagan and Elijah Hagan; and his siblings, Wanda Murrow of Louisville, Linda Newton of Saint Francis, Joe Hagan (Fay) of Loretto, Larry Hagan (Diane) of Loretto, Keith Hagan of New Hope and Danny Hagan of Buffalo.
