He was predeceased by: his father Edward Howard Jr.; and his brother Thurman Gene Goodlett. He is survived by: his mother Linda Howard (Pittman); his wife Melissa Hicks Howard; his children, Ashley Spears (Steven) of Perryville, Olivia Howard of Springfield and Bailey Howard of Springfield; his siblings, John Howard (Trina) and Traci Curtsinger (Tony) of Harrodsburg; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Goodlett, Levi Howard, Kimberly Livers, Alexis Gullett and Samantha Buckley.
Memorial donations are asked to be sent to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
