He is survived by: his spouse Dr. Rubie Cook Smith of Springfield Drive; his children, Dr. Ronda Smith Caudillo (Ron) of Davenport, Dr. Randy A. Smith (Sheila) of Monroe, Rev. Rick D. Smith (Carolyn) of Chattanooga and Dr. Ronnie E. Smith (Leanna) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his sister Juanita Faye Bell of Tampa, Florida.; his grandchildren, Jeanette, Amanda, Alana, Tommy, Candice, Malorie, Tiffani, Randy, Ryan, Nichole, Bob, Justin, Noah, Samuel, Karlie, Meghann, Lauren, Conner, MaKayla, Nathan and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Cheyanne, Lydia, Chloe, James, Kayslie, Henri, Malakai, Christian, Grant, Jude, Gracie, Sophie, Alexa, Judah, Parker, Joshua and Olivia.
