She is survived by: her husband Leo Culver; her children, Vincent Culver (Angela) of Lebanon, John Paul Culver (Tabitha) of Richmond, Lea Shewmaker of Bardstown, Barbie Carey (Ricky Mattingly) of Loretto, Julie Culver of Springfield, Susan Ballard (Kevin) of Bowling Green and Teresa Marrinan (Seamus) of Springfield; her siblings, Paul Mudd (Charlotte) of Louisville, Gary Mudd (Marsha) of Taylorsville, Juanita Johnson (Mike) of Findlay, Martina Bowling (Robert) of Louisville, Carol Taylor (Joe) of Fredericktown, Lynn Russell (Glenn) of Loretto and Bernadette Myers of Elizabethtown; her sister-in-law Rita Mudd of Louisville; and her grandsons, Nick Culver, Eli Shewmaker, Daniel Ballard, Alex Ballard, Kadon Ballard and Vinny Marrinan. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
