She is survived by: her mother Wanda Hagan Spragens; her siblings, Frank of Lexington, Mark (Sherry) of Brodhead, Sara (Todd Page) of Lexington and James Spragens (Winifred Smith) of Lebanon; her cousin Ann; her sister Susan Bybee Steele (Ben Terry) of Lexington; her nieces and nephews, Courtney, Ann Claire, Stewart, Paige, Alex, Hagan, Claire, Henry and Rye; and her friends, Leslie Dulmage, Theresa Hughes and Jeannie Proctor.
Donations in Ann's name may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville where she received so much care in her early years.
