He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Blohm of Henderson, KY; his daughter Amanda Blohm-Thompson (Michael) of Henderson, KY; and his siblings, Mary Jane Holland (Richard) of Tampa, FL and Charles "Charlie" R. Blohm (Kathy) of Memphis, TN.
