He is survived by: his wife Shelia Skaggs; his daughter Natasha Graham (Glenn); his siblings, Sharon Carver (Henry), Becky Skaggs and Brian Skaggs; his grandson David Graham (Jenna); and his great grandchild Brylee Graham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
