It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Pugh (Spottsville, Kentucky), born in Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on October 13, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Lynn and Rena Mae Ligon (Ellis); and her husband Billie Pugh. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Pugh (Barbara) of Hardin, KY, Shelia Duncan (Terry) of Spottsville, Byron "Barney" Pugh of Spottsville and Scott Pugh of Spottsville; and her siblings, Wanda Skaggs, Linda Bryant, Hugh Ligon and Frank Ligon. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
