She was predeceased by: her parents, Barry Bloemer and Edith Lois Bloemer; and her sister Jane Yates. She is survived by: her husband David Rabe of Sparta; her children, William Rabe, Jessica Roach and Lori Mefford; her siblings, Matthew Bloemer, Virginia Goodpaster, Brenda Anness, Barbara Gemmer and Aimee Napier; and her grandchildren, Courtnee, Vance, Kayla, Aaron, Madalynn and Donavan. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
