He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lamont "Monty" and Linda Sue Hoosier. He is survived by: his wife Amy Marie Hoosier (Burkhardt); his children, Kai Lamont Hoosier and Alexandra Paige Hoosier (Derek Mayfield); his grandson Everett Mayfield; his sister Dawn Hoosier (Michele); his nieces and nephews, Olivia and Karly; his aunts, Bev Corbett (Gerry), Bonnie Schenz (Tom) and Betty Rolsen; his uncle Steve Hoosier (April); and his cousins, Annette Duggins (Brian) and Micah Hoosier.
