He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wingate and Gladys Mae Hawkins Wingate; his grandparents, Chester Ball, Mary Hawkins, David and Joyce Hawkins; his brothers, Mark Moore and Daniel Wingate; and his father-in-law Larry Hammond.
He is survived by: his wife Cindi Hammond Dean; his children, Kayla Dean and Matthew Bowling; his grandchildren, Calvin, Robin, Justin, Ace and Serenity; his siblings, Donna Dean, Cindy Hurley (Rick), Shirley Walters (Elba), Carl Ruth (Mattie), Angela Hall (Ronnie), Tammy Cobb (Barry), Kandee Terrell (Jesse), Kathleen Hancock (Bill), Anna Wingate and Timmy Wingate; his mother-in-law Hannah Hammond; his sister-in-law Tonya Moore; and his pets, Smoke, Rocco and Chester Ball. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Funeral Homes (202 N Main, Owenton, KY 40359). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
