He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Puckett, Jr. and Karen Hyde Bright. He is survived by: his children, Dylan McCutchen of Detroit, Jocelyn Puckett, SaraBeth Puckett of Sparta and Ghent; his siblings, Jay Puckett (Donette Hartzell) of Sparta, Bradley Hill (Carrie) of Florence, Cory Puckett (Lyndsey) of Warsaw, Debbie Millikin (Gary) of Walton and Rebecca Puckett of Elsmere; and his friends, Denny French, Mike Greene, Dustin Giles, Charlie McDaniel, Jr., Wanda McDaniel, Natasha and Jonathon Smith. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
