She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvine Scott and Agnes Scott; and her husband Lester Cammack. She is survived by: her son James Cammack (Jackie); her grandson Scott Cammack (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Hill, Tori Cammack, Bella Cammack, Gavin Hill, Ellis Cammack and Eden Cammack.
Donations may be made to the employees benefit fund at the Gallatin nursing and rehabilitation center in Warsaw.
