He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Carr; his children, Melville Carr, Jr. of Crockett, TX, Etta Sue Clark (Danny) of West Virginia, Albert "Kenny" Carr of Lakeland, FL, Margaret Hein (Bob) of Wadsworth, OH, Patricia Stuper (Edward) of Lakeland, Steve Erden (Tana) of Minerva, OH and David Erden-Carr of Sparta, KY; his granddaughter Jessica Hooker (Aaron) of Barberton, OH; his niece Anne Hermosilla of Fairmont, WV; and his sister Maxine Shephard. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
