He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terry" Harmon Bartram of Sparta, KY; his children, Sherra Dawn Dunlap of Owenton, KY, Jackie Lee Bartram of Wheatley, KY, Kevin Bartram of Carrollton, KY and Josh Smith of Carrollton, KY; his siblings, Jan Davis of Lexington, KY and Jimmy Bartram of Frankfort, KY; and his grandchildren, Lynsey Farrar, Debbie Farrar, Jaden Bartram, Kyri Smith, Kinley Bartram and Maylee Bartram.
