Osborne of Middlesboro, KY, Danny Clark of Dayton, OH and Lisa Mitchell of Dayton, OH; and his sisters, Brenda Roark (Billy Joe) of Monroe, OH, Patricia Manning (Gary) of Norwood, OH and Sharon Branham (Rodney) of Dorton, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild.
