It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fred Puckett Jr. of Sparta, Kentucky, who passed away on August 11, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Sr. Puckett and Ethel May Humprey Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Fred "Jay" Puckett III of Warsaw, Bradley Hill (Carrie) of Florence, Tyler Puckett of Sparta, Cory Puckett (Lyndsey) of Warsaw, Debora Mullikin (Gary) of Walton, KY and Rebecca Puckett of Elsmere, KY.; and his siblings, Mike, Gary, Tim Puckett and Georgia Dingus of Walton. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren nine great grandchildren.
