He is survived by: his wife Natalie Hammond Smith; his daughters, Kayla Caldwell and Megan Caldwell; and his siblings, Cecil Wayne Smith, Thomas Ronald Smith, Richard Lee Smith, Gina Phillips and Wanda Napier.
