He was predeceased by: his father Wayne. He is survived by: his sister Karen; his significant other Kim; his children, Keith "Wayne" Dukes (SueAnn), Kendra Burden (Justin), Josh Johnson (Angie), Kelsey Mallory (Jordan) and Taylor Dukes (Austin); his grandchildren, Ethan, Kaitlyn, Kaden, Bryson, Elijah, Tanner, Kooper, Sawyer, Ellie and Oliver; his mother Joyce Dukes; his mother-in-law Mary; and his siblings, Sherry, Cathy, Timmy, Lisa and Bryan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
