He is survived by: his wife Bulena Smith Cardwell of Baizetown, KY; his children, Dwaynetta Coleman (Mike) of Morgantown, KY and Brian Cardwell (Sandra) of Baizetown, KY; his grandchildren, Jaysen Cardwell (Jessica) of Baizetown, KY, Codey Cardwell (Savannah) of Baizetown, KY and Hollie Smith (Skyler) of Bowling Green, KY; his great grandchildren, Cadence Cardwell of Baizetown, KY, Zoey Cardwell of Baizetown, KY, Rhealynn Cardwell of Baizetown, KY and Reagan Cardwell of Baizetown, KY; and his brothers, Howard Cardwell (Sue) of Central City, KY, David Cardwell (Nancy) of Laredo, Tommy Cardwell (Karen) of Morgantown, KY and Philip Cardwel (Teresa) of Beaver Dam, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
