She was predeceased by: her husband Earl J. Hurley; and her siblings, Claude Hager, Lowell T. Hager, Danny Gene Hager, Melvia Ann Jones and Lorraine Fuller.
She is survived by: her sons, Gregory E. Hurley (Cindy) of Ormond Beach and Jeffrey B. "Spike" Hurley (Rita) of Harold; her siblings, Jerry Hager (Helen) of Kettering, Jim Hager of Baltimore, Romaine Cook (Buster) of Laurel and Sharon Lester (Jerry) of Manassas; her grandchildren, Hilary Burrows (Andy) of Hope Found, J. T. Hurley of Huntington, W. V, Heather Osbourne of Mooresville, N. C. and Scott Hurley (Katy) of Sachse, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Parker Burrows, Presleigh Burrows, Palmer Burrows, Preston Burrows, Riley Osbourne and Blake Osbourne.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Pikeville Hospice of the Bluegrass.
