He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Felty and Fanny Mae Preston Felty; his wife Belva Vonetta Madden Felty; and his siblings, Richard (Lettie), Raymond, Eugene (Lilly), Paul (Betty), Randall, Frank (Foresteen), Madge Cornett (Casey), Jessie Wolfe (Burt) and Eldean Felty.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony Wayne Felty (Lisa) and Beverly Felty Kennedy; his grandchildren, Zachary Felty (Mallory Coen) and Sara Pratt (Joseph); and his sister-in-law Betty Felty.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or the Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Center.
