She is survived by: her husband Donald Sparks; her daughters, Melanie Evans (Matthew) of South and Danielle Holsinger (Jamie) of South Shore; her grandchildren, Hannah Evans, Daisha Tumbleson, Dailor Tumbleson and Daiken Holsinger; her great grandchild Dayanah; her siblings, Dick Howell of Dayton, Ernie Howell (Wilma) of Tampa, Florida. and Linda Stumbo (Herl) of McDowell, KY.; and her brother-in-law Bob Smith of South Shore, KY.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
