With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Lee Vanover of South Shore, Kentucky, born in Greenup, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dawson Vanover and Juanita Stewart Vanover; and his brother Gary Vanover. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sue Thompson Vanover; his children, Barry Vanover (Glenna), Jennifer Lute (Keith), Deron Vanover (Rachel) and Brad Vanover (Amy); and his sisters, Jo Cain (Terry), Barbara Haynes (Joseph) and Anita Holsenbeck (Ed). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
