He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kegley and Elizabeth Allen Kegley. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Kegley; his children, Amanda Litteral of Lexington, KY, Justin Kegley (Amy) of Sandy Hook, KY. and Jessy Kegley (Lindsey) of Greenup, KY; and his grandchildren, Harmony Litteral, Elijah Litteral, Taylore Moore, Austin Kegley, Amelia Kegley, Josey Kegley, Jordy Kegley and Joey Kegley.
