She is survived by: her father Leonard Ruark; her husband Dale Ratliff of South Shore, KY.; her son Mike "Ratchet" Ratliff (Kassie) of Shore, KY.; her granddaughters, Micah Wellman (Bryce) of Irvine, KY. and Savannah Ratliff of South Shore, KY.; her siblings, Angie Burke (Bob) of Lloyd, KY., Francie Brewer (Chuck) of South Shore, KY., Tony Ruark of South Shore, KY. and David Ruark (Mary Kay McGinnis) of Greenup, KY.; and her close friend Debbie Sparks. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephews.
