She was predeceased by: her parents, James G. Rickett and Doris Cooper Linville; and her sister Patricia Handshoe. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Burriss of South Shore, Kentucky.; her daughters, April Brown (Tommy) of Maysville, Kentucky. and Jenny Hunt (Bobby) of Maysville, Kentucky.; her sisters, Peggy Clark (Frank) of Vanceburg, Kentucky., Sherri Burriss (David) of Vanceburg, Kentucky. and Debbie Burriss (Nelson) of Vanceburg, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Matthew Maynard, Josh Burriss, Michael Brown, Dalton Riggs (Shelby), Cody Roberson and Zach Burriss.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Gaydos Funeral Home (159 2nd St, Vanceburg, KY 41179). A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Gilliam Cemetery South Shore.
