She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Lewis and Connie Greenslate Lewis; her husband James Harris; her children, Andrew Nickel (Shelby) of Greenup, KY., Braden Nickel of South Shore, KY. and Jacie Harris of South Shore, KY.; her grandson Colsen Sparks of South Shore, KY.; and her sister Aimee Carpenter (Jamie) of South Shore, KY..
