She is survived by: her husband Russell "Sonny" Lewis; her son Jeffrey Michael Lewis (Dixie) of Maysville, KY; her sister Chris Angel of Dayton, OH; and her grandchildren, Hope Elizabeth Lewis and John Russell Lewis.
