She is survived by: her husband Phillip Bentley; her children, Greg Bentley (Rhonda), Beth Campbell (James) of South Shore, KY and Becky French (Robert) of South Shore, KY; her brother Jeff Fannin (Tammy) of Lloyd, KY; her sisters-in-law, Ruthann Fannin and Tammy Fannin; her grandchildren, Nathan Bentley (Amber), Reese Bentley (Keri), Katelyn Linthicum (Dustin), Connor French, Cole French and Case French; her great grandchildren, Calli, Kaiden and Raelynn; and her friend Janie Craigmiles.
