He is survived by: his children, Kyle Spriggs (Angel) of Ironton, OH and Courtney Spriggs of Franklin Furnace, OH; and his grandchildren, Grayson Spriggs, Breanna Clark and Ella Whitt. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
