She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Clough and Effie Smith Clough; her daughter Debbie Regetz; her siblings, Rose Meadows, Vivian Carver, Opal O'Conner, Sybil Fultz, Eva Mae Fowler, Delbert Zornes, Clyde Zornes, Ivan Zornes, Oscor Zornes, Paul Clough and Carl Clough; her husband Kenneth Fultz; her daughters, Pam Mosgrove (Jim) of Litchfield, OH. and Sharon Rusnak (Steve) of South Shore, KY; her son-in-law David Regetz of Valley City, OH; her grandchildren, Renee Dunbar (Shane), Tracy Foster, David Regetz, Nicole Rose, Jimmy Mosgrove (Jen) and Kalee Rusnak; her great grandchildren, Aron Dunbar, Brittney Dunbar, McKenna Foster, Victoria Foster, Isaiah Martin, Austin Mosgrove and Alyssa Mosgrove; and her great great grandchild Aiden Browdy.
