She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bailey and Dora Smith; and her son James "Jimmy" Miles. She is survived by: her husband Ron Howell; her daughters, Kimberly McGinnis (Tim) of Ashland, KY and Rebecca Wicker of Wheelersburg, OH; and her siblings, Rebecca Kilgore and George Bailey. She is also survived by grandchild and many other family and friends.
