He was predeceased by: his father Earl Ernest Roe; and his wife Charlene Betina Hayes Roe. He is survived by: his mother Martha Carver Roe; his daughters, Kimberly Dawn Riley (Cody Ray) of South Shore, KY., Heather Ann Miller (Nathan Ryan) of Grayson, KY. and Elizabeth Brooke Hall (Raynes Herchel) of South Shore, KY; and his grandchildren, Destiny, Elaina, Elijah, Nicholas of Nathan, JR, Owen, Mianna, Gavyn Martinez, Haley Martinez, Ethan Martinez and Mariana Martinez.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt Zion Apostolic Church (1514 16th St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
