He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Ray Lyons; his daughter Eva Lyons; and his siblings, Mary Potter, Ora "Truman" Lyons Jr., Jesse Lyons, Franklin Lyons, Tony Lyons and Mark Lyons.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt Zion Apostolic Church (1514 16th St, West Portsmouth, OH 45663). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
