He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lyons Hall; his children, Christy Clare (Andy) of South Shore, KY., Kinsey Hall (Ryan Sprinkle) of Blue Creek, OH., Tiffany Nickel (David) of South Shore, KY., Cody Riley (Kim) of South Shore, KY. and Jasmine Colegrove (Jorden) of Greenup, KY; his sister Kathy Hale of Greenup, KY; his grandchildren, Ruby Frazier, Darcy Mayse, Josie Clare, Peyton Nickel, Jacob Nickel, Destiny Riley, Elaina Riley, Elijah Riley and Easton Creed Colegrove; and his great grandchild Sonny Frazier.
