She is survived by: her children, David Warner (Aileen) of Bowling Green, KY and Karen Boggs (Quentin) of South Shore, KY; her grandchildren, Kim Warner Hudy (Zach) and Amy Warner (Daryl Tharp); and her great grandchildren, Reese Hudy, Harold Tharp, Heath Hudy, Colin Hudy and Eunice Tharp.
