He is survived by: his wife Deborah Kitchen Whitt; his daughter Kelly Callahan Burrier; his sister Ruth Lyons; his grandchildren, Delaney Burrier, Carolina Burrier, Elisse Burrier, Ashlee Ann Collinsworth, Eric Scott Collinsworth, Aaron Matthew Collinsworth and Alicia Collinsworth; and his great grandchildren, Lennon Collinsworth, Brinley Collinsworth, Auggie Collinsworth, Bowie Collinsworth and Jameson Stamps.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101).
