She is survived by: her husband Sam Carter; her children, Todd Carter (Wanda) of Washington Courthouse and Samantha Carter of Cincinnati; her sisters, Bobbi Sams of Lagrange and Beth Barney of Falling Water; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Carter Garringer (Josh), Sean Allen Carter (Brandi) and Theron Ray Carter. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
