He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec James Miller and Pauline Royal Miller; and his brothers, Paul "Bud" Reddy and Michael Wolfenbarger. He is survived by: his wife Connie Goble-Miller; and his sons, Timothy Ray Miller of Maryland and Daniel Miller. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
