He was predeceased by: his son Roger Dale Bentley; and his siblings, Wesley Bentley, John V. Bentley, Ollie Ratliff, Beulah Collier, Ota Hunt and Etta Mae Bentley.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Tami Bentley), Howard of Minnesota and Aaron (Stephanie Bentley); his grandchildren, Vanessa Mussari of Jackson, Andrew Bentley of Denver and Michael Bentley of Jackson, NJ.; his great grandchildren, Christiana Basile of Jackson, Morgan Mussari of Jackson and Anthony Mussari of Jackson; and his siblings, Howard Bentley of Columbus, OH., Roy Bentley of South Shore, Robert, Bob, Wanda Dillow of South Shore and Betty VanHorn of Indianapolis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations be made to the Sunshine United Methodist Church building fund.
