He was predeceased by: his parent William Hicks. He is survived by: his parent Mary Ann Hicks (Coburn); his wife Agnes Hicks (Applegate); his children, Pam Cox of South Shore, Kentucky, Stephanie Barnett (Bob) of Ironton, Ohio, Delmer Eric Hicks (Teresa) of Portsmouth, Ohio and Michelle Gleim (Jeff) of Pittsburg, PA.; his grandchildren, Amy Sizemore, Jessica Haas, Andrea Cronin, Katy, Wesley, Sarah, Trenton Barnett, Delmer, Evan, Emily Hicks, Todd Gleim and Tyler Gleim; and his siblings, Pearle Shannon Fulk, Garrett Hicks, Sylvia Wright Raines, Triylbia Osborne, Viola Beverly, Katherine Onley, Bertral Hicks and Elmer Hicks. He is also survived by 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
