He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Hamilton; his sister Linda Lou King; his brothers-in-law, Charles King and Phillip Conn; and his parents-in-law, Ott and Annie Fultz.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Sandra Kay Fultz; his children, Charles Earl Hamilton Jr., Dustin Shane Hamilton (Amy) and Carol Jean Garcia (Alfredo); his siblings, Donald (Jeanniean), Robert, Herschel Wade, Thomas Hamilton, Sandra Wise (Donnie) of Shari Conn, Suree Markwell, Valeria "Kitty" Wade and Loren Hamilton; and his grandchildren, Dustin Garrett-Hamilton, Acacio Coffmann, Triniti Coffmann, Billy Collier, Megan Collier, Haley Bermea and Britny Hamilton. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
