She was predeceased by: her parents, Junise Smith and Myrtle Applegate Smith; and her husband Donald Ray Collier. She is survived by: her children, Randy Collier (Vicki) of South Portsmouth, KY, Cheryl Fugate (Richard) of South Shore, KY., Vicky Hieneman (Mike) of Greenup, KY., Gay Woloschek (John) of Nicholasville, KY. and Lorie Wise (Steve Anderson) of Georgetown, KY; and her friend Dorothy Bentley. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
