It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie Wootton (Sonora, Kentucky), born in Glendale, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Stone and Ella Lucy Bruce; and her siblings, Janice Priddy, Rebecca Stone, Ronnie Stone and Acey Stone.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie Wootton of Sonora; her children, Roderick Plymale (Domini) of Elizabethtown and Kelly Renee Griner (Mike) of Elizabethtown; her stepdaughters, Lisa O'Brien (Lewis) of Elizabethtown, Leeanne Jenkins of Sonora and Laura Larue (Chris Anderson) of Elizabethtown; and her siblings, Jane Larson (Bob) of Wake Forest, NC, Lora Stone of Elizabethtown, Billie Flanagan (Pat) of Elizabethtown, Jimmy Stone of Elizabethtown and Percy Stone, Jr. of Elizabethtown. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and one grandchild on the way; 6 step grandchildren; and 3 step great grandchildren.
