He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Ratliff. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Ratliff; his brothers, Timmy Ratliff and Teddy Ratliff; his significant other Gerlinde Murry; his nephews, Jason Ratliff, Nathan Ratliff and Johnathan Ratliff; and his niece Claire Avant.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (234 W Dixie Ave, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - Central (2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160).
